FREE HRMBA Information Day – Expecting & New Parents of Multiples

Join the Hume Riverina Multiple Birth Association (HRMBA) for a FREE relaxed and informative day designed especially for expecting parents and families in those early stages of life with multiples. Our Information Day is all about providing practical information, answering some of those many questions that come with expecting or raising multiples, and connecting you with professionals and other families who understand the multiples journey. The day will be split into two sessions (times TBC at this stage), designed to support families at different stages of their multiples journey. Morning – Expectant Parents Featuring our HRMBA Expectant Parent Presentation and Women’s Health Physiotherapist, with practical information to help you prepare for the arrival of your multiples. Afternoon – New Parents Featuring Beth Dewing RN talking all things feeding, sleep & settling You’re welcome to join us for the full day! Simply select both the Morning and Afternoon Session tickets when registering. More details and additional presentations will be announced as they are confirmed. Whether you're preparing to welcome your multiples or already navigating those busy early days, we'd love you to come along, ask questions, meet other families and find out what support is available locally. To kick off the Victorian school holidays, join HRMBA for a fun and educational 2-hour farm tour at Wolki Farm in Woomargama! Come along and meet the Wolki Farm family and get a firsthand look at life on their family-run regenerative farm. Their kids are very hands-on around the farm too, helping care for the animals and getting involved in everyday farm life. During our tour, we’ll learn more about how Wolki Farm operates, their approach to regenerative farming, and how they raise their animals while caring for the land. Families will have the opportunity to see some of the farm’s unique animals, including Nguni cattle, Damara sheep, Berkshire pigs and Fayoumi chickens. It’s a great opportunity for our multiple birth families to get outdoors, learn something new, meet the animals and enjoy some time together to start the school holidays. Please bring a packed lunch We’d love to see lots of our HRMBA families there for a relaxed morning of animals, learning, connection and farm fun!

Come join us at Harris Farm Markets this Friday at 11am!  We’ll be set up at a table between the café and playground, with plenty of room for prams and a playground for little ones to have a play! There is Blacksmiths and Fish in the Family if you’d like to grab a coffee or a bite to eat while you’re there. ☕️ Hope you can join us! 💛

Come join us for playgroup tomorrow! ☕🧸 The weather isn't looking too great, so we'll be heading indoors to stay warm. Grab a coffee or a bite to eat, let the little ones play, and enjoy a chit chat (although I can't guarantee it won't be interrupted! 🤣). I'll be at the LaviLand play area with my 6 month old twins and my 4 year old, and we'd love to see you there!

🎉 School Holiday Catch-Up at Inflatable Funhouse! 🎉 Come along for a fun morning with Hume Riverina Multiple Birth Association these school holidays! 📅 Saturday 11 July 10am-12pm 📍 Inflatable Funhouse, Wodonga HRMBA will cover the entry fee for members and will provide a selection of nibbles to enjoy during the catch up. There will also be food and drinks available to purchase from the venue if needed. Book a ticket through Tidy or RSVP on our FB page to let us know if you can join us. We'd love to see you there!

Join us for playgroup!  Let's plan on meeting at Noreuil Park, toilets and Riverdeck Cafe are right there for convenience, and the playground is fully enclosed to prevent any runaways.  Fingers crossed the rain holds off so we can all enjoy some fresh air! If it is too wet, we'll meet at Harris Farms instead.  Hope to see you there!
